CAREERS IN NETWORK ADMINISTRATION
Due to Covid, this class will take place in a zoom classroom. The instructor will install a remote desktop on your computer. Hands-On training will take place on your home computer.
CompTIA Network+ is a vendor neutral networking certification that validates the essential knowledge and skills needed to design, configure, manage and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks. Lectures and hands-on labs will focus on network theory, communication, media and hardware. Students will learn to understand TCP/IP, LAN infrastructure, WAN, security, remote networking as well as disaster recovery, Network OS, management and troubleshooting. By the end of this class, participants will be able to setup and configuring a functional network. In-class practice exams and hands-on labs prepare students to work in the network administration field. The course fee includes test prep and CompTIA Network+ Exam voucher. With a CompTIA Network+ certification, you will possess the key skills to troubleshoot, configure and manage wired and wireless networks and keep companies running smoothly.
