Citywide Fireguard for impairment F-01 - in any building where a required fire protection system is not working, the Fire Code requires that someone with a certificate of fitness perform a fire watch.
This is a new Certificate of Fitness that came out in December of 2011.  Previous certificates were issued for a specific location.  This Certificate is for any location city wide.

Fireguard for Torch Operations and Construction sites F-60-the Fire Code requires that whenever there is a hot work (gas torch,ect) operation taking place at a construction site, a fire watch be done by a person with a certificate of fitness.  This certificate could be required in an occupied building where there is a major construction taking place.
