ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS INSTALLER PROGRAM
Mon & Wed, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, 9/25/17 - 12/18/17
70 Hours, $1050.
This course is designed to train those with no previous knowledge in the industry for entry-level employment in the field of security system installation. The course provides comprehensive teacher led instruction in basic security installer topics and skill sets as well as hands-on experience. After successful completion of the program, students will be prepared for employment in the security industry as a technician or field installer. Please note that employment as a field installer in the security industry usually requires bondability.

Prerequisites: High School Diploma, or GED equivalent. Strong dexterity and eye/hand coordination is required. Normal color vision is a must; and ability to work on a ladder. Good English skills are necessary for this training.
Additional expenses: Students can expect to spend an additional $120 on textbooks and personal hand tools.
Please note: This is not the NY State Pre-requisite "81-hour" course of the Fire & Burglar Alarm test and License.
